I hate being late.
Okay, that’s a lie. I hate being late 85% of the time. I only don’t hate being late when I’m late for a causual social gathering. In that case, I usually prefer it. What I hate is oversleeping something I was suposed to be at an hour before I finally wake up. Hate being late. I like to think of myself as a responsible person. So I hate being late. I worked at a drug store for almost two years. I was late…maybe twice. I worked at Starbucks for nine months..I was late twice (hey, 4 am shifts are harder to get to on time). If I don’t get to bed soon, i’ll be late tomorrow. But I’ve set my alarm, I think i’ll be okay.
When I was in high school I had seven alarm clocks. I’m not kidding you. They all went off at different times so that I would get up in time. It was like one after the other. So I never really got time to snooze in between them…lately i’ve been moving away from the crazy clockness. I have a coffee pot on a timer in my dorm room. I normally get to wake up to the fresh scent of Serena Organic. MMmmmm. I heart that coffee. Mild, and delicious. Smells good too.
Anyways, I spent most of the day at a film shoot. SOOOO glad that I actually had work to do. I hate sitting around and not being needed. Anyways, had to catch up on two weeks worth of Stargate, so here’s my analysis.
Stargate Atlantis Episode 419: The Kindred: Part II(2008)- So this conclusion didn’t go the way I thought it would. I’m kinda disappointed with the way it went. I didn’t really want things to go down that way. But otherwise it was fine. I didn’t notice anything horrible or amazing about the ep, but I was mostly paying attention to the plot I guess. That’s what happens when you’re a Screenwriter….
Stargate Atlantis Episode 420: The Last Man (2008)- If I ever felt that SGA was just recycling SG1 plots, this would be a time. I mean, I realize that instead of going back, it was forwards. But still, the same way…? Also, what a horrible way to end the season. I hated it. LAME. When it was over I was like “What the heck?” I mean, I’m all for character whump…but really? However, I can’t say I wasn’t excited to see more Lorne this particular episode. Of course, I still heart Beckett way more. There was an AMAZING match cut from Rodney on earth to Rodney with Shepard, and I was like, Holy Snap! It was sooo seemless, I loved it. Yay for match cuts like that.
Speaking of match cuts, I need to catch me up on some Heroes…
